My goal is to share as much knowledge as I can gain about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and ignoring today's large quantity of processed foods in the supermarkets. Deli Meat
I would bet that the average person would look at a sandwich and say that it is a healthy option for lunch. Well, not necessarily. There is a lot going on in those meats that you don't even realize. General rule of thumb: The more steps there are between what you are eating and its natural state, the worse it is for you.
